    Student advisor is grayed out

    When marking students for re-enrollment, I forgot to include the advisor in the wizard.  Now, the advisor is grayed out on the student record.  I found a solution on the Knowledgebase telling me to change the Business Rules in Configuration so that the next year's student progression entry is displayed for a student when the current date is not within an academic year.  Even though I have set the business rule that way, the advisor is still grayed out.  The only way I can get the advisor to show up is to manually change the date on my computer (to September) to trick EE into thinking it is a current academic year 2008-2009!  HELP!

    Hi Sally,

    Are you able to access the field when you use the stair stepper (SPE) icon at the top of the student's record?
