    Bandwidth for Citrix sessions

We are looking at a new internet connection for the sole purpose of running Raiser's Edge/Financial Edge Citrix sessions. These would be cable modem connections to Blackbaud's server farm. Among the options are 10x1 (10MB down and 1MB up), 2x2, and 8x2. Which connection would be optimal?

What I am asking, I guess, is what is the amount of content of a typical session, both up and down. I am sure that Citrix performs some compression of the content in both directions.  But is it 80% down and 20% up (which means the 10x1 or 8x2 connection would be better), or is it closer to 50%-50% (in which case the 2x2 connection would be better)?
