This has not gone well for us.  We waited as long as we could because of the many issues that others were experiencing a couple of years ago all the way up until a few months ago.

 Blackbaud will no longer support 6.4 after September 1st, so they are forcing the rest of us to convert. 

 We put the new version on a stand alone server and converted the then current data.  We had some issues with the conversion, some with the software patches that were sent and some with our data.  We finally got a good conversion and ran a parallel payroll.  The payroll went fine from a standpoint of the individual calculations and populating the GL.

 When we ran payroll reports, we had a disaster.  The reports were completely missing some of the information adn doubled up on other of the information.  We submitted a case back in April, on the 28th, and still no resolution.

 Blackbaud is telling us on one hand that our case is of critical importance.  On the other hand, we have heard that since we are not running version 7 live, that we are not a high priority.  Anyone else having this sort of problem currently?
