Hi...How do others accurately capture year-to-date totals in comparision to goals? I run a Campaign Performance Analysis report to track year-to-date totals so that we can see how we're doing in reaching our goals for the fiscal year. I base the reports primarilly on gift date. We noticed, however, that some money that was raised/pledged in last fiscal year and designated to be spent in this fiscal year (which started June 30) did not show up when I ran YTD totals for this fiscal year. This happens mostly with foundations, but also with a couple of individuals. How do people deal with multi-year grants? Is there an easy way to handle all of this? It's confusing the heck out of me!
