I am currently working on documenting our prospect management system procedures (using both the Raiser's Edge database and the Researcher's Edge tool).  It would be very helpful to view another site's procedures, particularly if you use data from the Researcher's Edge tool to rate prospects, and then record these ratings in Raiser's Edge.  Does anyone have a document they could share?  Thanks so much.
