Query or Report for Summary Information

    Example:  We had an event with 4 levels of pricing and the purchase of a dvd. I have one (atually more than one but this is an example) family that during the registration process Mr. Smith bought 2 level 2 tickets,  Mrs. Smith bought 1 level 1 ticket, then Mr. Smith bought another level 2 ticket and Mr. Smith, Jr. living at the same address bought a level 3 ticket.  Mrs. Smith then purchased a dvd. 

    Because at the registration time they had not determined the amount of the ticket that was a donation (meals had not been established) I am now having to go back and compute the donation portion. Each level is different and the dvd does not count as a donation at all.  I am also wanting to send a letter with all of their information at one time.  PROBLEM:  How can you pull this into a simple letter, report or query that will reflect the summary of gifts to the ONE fundID with the husband and wife as a soft credit, the son as his own and not count the dvd (which is in the same fundid) at all.  BTW:  I have the dvd listed as a package under the appeal and in the gift notes.  The levels are separated under the registration but are also noted in the notes section of the gift.

    Any help would be appreciated.  Every Query I pull does not list the couple has Soft Credited (even though I went back and made sure that it was SC on their records) and it does not give me the SUMMARY of the gifts to the one fund but each individually.
