Hi, I realize my question doesn't exactly have anything to do with Raiser's Edge per se, but my organization is having a phonathon next week, and we are trying to determine how much money we should ask for, for each constituent. Do you typically just double the amount of their largest gift, or do you determine the ask based on the constituents' last gift, etc.  I would appreciate all input.
