Hi,

I am a fairly new user of RE so you will have to forgive me....but I have a request to do a donor file overview to find out who are our "top donors."  We want to break the donors into categories.  These categories will be based on dollar amount given, recency of gift (12 months, 24 months, 36 months), frequency of their giving and consistency of giving.  I think that I can break down who gives in a given time frame and break down giving by dollar amount, but what would I use for frequency and consistency?  And is there any good way that I can chart all this information out?  Or is there a better way to approach this?
