    Is it possible to Edit or Delete records in a Gift Acknowledgement History Grid

    Clicking on the Letter button in a Gift Record displays a grid of Acknowledgement letters sent to the donor. Does anyone know if there Is a way to edit or delete anything in that grid?

    Hi Darrel,

    To edit the information in that window, you can access the specific gift record that you wish to change (you can open it from either the Records - Gifts page or from the Constituent's Gifts tab) and make the change on the gift itself.  The information in that window will then automatically update.
