Please forgive me if this is a duplicate post.
We set up 2 merchant accounts with IATS, one for our donations, which corresponds to a pure 'donations' bank account, and one for our registrations, which feed to our main bank account.
We would love for our event registrants to have the ability to 'add a gift' when paying registration fees without having to enter their credit card info twice, but we would also like the monies to flow into the appropriate IATS/bank account. Currently, if we add an additional field for the 'add a gift', it requires us to reconcile, back out those donations & transfer monies between bank accounts.
The bottomline is that we would like the IATS account processing to be 'field' rather than 'part' dependent.
Does anyone have any suggestions or a workaround?
