Our organization is working on putting together process doumentation regarding how to handle / track gifts received from a Donor Assigned Fund / Charitible Fund and / or Charitible Foundation on behalf of an individual donor.  We were curious if any other organization would be willing to share their process for tracking such gifts.

Hi Tricia,

Up north, we post gifts to constituent who gave the donation. For example, if an individual made a gift through a Charitiable Foundation, we hard-credit the Charitable Foundation and soft-credit the individual.
