    Re: Welcome!

We went through the conversion which ended 4/4/08 and all of us are new to RE.  I am looking for examples of great RE policies and procedures manuals, e.g., an agency's own business rules on things like what data to track, preferred ways of using actions, etc.

Speaking of actions, does anyone have great suggestions on how to best learn to use actions?

    Re: Welcome!

Glad to have you on board, Patty! Regarding policies and procedures manuals, there are several client documents on the forums that you can access by clicking the Client Document tag from the Popular Tags menu (right-side of the forums page). Within the Client Documents section, you can search on "procedures", for instance, to narrow the results:

For actions, we have instructions in Knowledgebase as well as in the Constituent Data Entry User Guide that may be helpful:

    Hope this helps!
