    Converting paper trail to BB

Our school uses BB however we have not converted the entire admissions process over to BB..we still keep a paper trail i.e., log in every application by grade level on a list and log in all application requirements like test scores etc. I'd like to do away with our paper system but am wondering if other schools have slowly find they still use paper methods or have totally switched over. If you've switched over...did you go cold turkey?

I guess my question to you would be how do you plan to go TOTALLY paperless? What would you do with the applications and such that you require for the admission process?

By going paperless I am referring to the logging in method. We would still have applications, writing samples, teacher recs, etc, and keep those in their file. Currently we do not log test scores, interview comments, and the such into BB but we keep a hand written log book. We log each applicant name, the appropriate test score, the interview score, etc. So currently I do not generate any reports from BB that would help me assess a "completed file" for a candidate. My question is to schools that do use BB as their primary log system, are you finding that you log info in twice, to BB and also handwritten? Do you find that BB has saved time? And then what is your process once you receive an application?
