This is probably a stupid question but I'm stuck! I'm trying to create a crystal report that lists the donor's total gift amount for 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008 separately. When I use the summary option in export, it only lets me pick one date range and I can only use this field once. I can export this field and change the date range for each year but it changes them all. Am I doing something wrong? I'm starting to get really frustrated and I become useless after that...

Hi,

You  can export more than one gift summary using different gift ranges so that you can see the comparitives from year to year. When you select the output that you want for the summary you get the screen that allows you to enter the specific date range. In order to add another output field for a different date range, you need to go to the top of the output fields listing and click on the first line. Then go select the total amount from the summary and you will get the option to add a different date range.
