    Summer School registration

    I am wondering how others handle summer school registrations.  We have new students (still In Admissions Office) and current students (in Registrar's Office) who take our summer school classes.  It is difficult to query on both sets of students and come up with a complete total with all information.  Do you set up a separate school--i.e., instead of "Regular" you set up "Summer School"--and how do you incorporate both new students and current students?  Thanks very much for any help you can give me.
