I think you should take a look at your whole process to determine the next steps. What information do you want to track or report on. then you need to decide is that information something you already have and need to import in or set up in your new system so that you can track it. If your current student schedule is working, but needs fine tuning then it would be important to determine what and then investigate how it can be set up in the system. Basically, look at your off line processes first and then take a look at the system to determine if there is anything in EE that can streamline that process. I have found that implementing changes step by step allows your end-users to better accept changes to process rather then trying to change things overnight. Reading through some of the forums might also give you some insights to the different processes that other schools use.
