Does anyone know of a way to set up a business rule for individuals? Say I wanted one manager to receive alerts for all Board Members, but not everyone needs to see those people. Is this possible?

Not sure what you are asking...if you only want the one manager to receive the Business Rule message, then just create a security group with the manager as the only member and set the Business Rule for that security group. You don't even have to give the new security group any rights, it's basically a "dummy" group for the sole purpose of receiving the message. If this isn't what you are asking, my apologies!
