I would like to ask who any of you use as a Merchant Account and if you utilize POS terminals.  We're thinking of switching and any feedback on this would be helpful to me.

We have had success with a Blackbaud recommended account with IATS. It is well integrated with RE, so that your batches get processed as soon as they are committed.  The reports that come back are very good, listing which charges went through, or were denied.

Only problem is that it's a little hard to reconcile the bank recs.
