     We are using Blackbaud's webhosted service for FE and RE. Normal daily work is often affected by slow entry response, interrupted access and no access. The issues don't seem to have much to do with typical high usage time - I've had trouble getting past the Citrix screen at 7:00am on Sunday morning.

    Have other webhosting users have similar experiences?
