I have been trying to get the cost for the business forms package to allow us to post our student billing statements to netclassroom.  We currently use a pre-printed form for mailing and we need to be able to format the statement to include the appropriate headers, etc. so it is readable when printed on "blank" paper (in this case a pdf, not actually blank paper).

 I hope some one can give me an idea of the cost.  I have been trying to get the information from BB since late January without success so far. Thank you!
