Our conversion from AFN to FE has been stalled by the initialize accounts receivable step which has generated a lot of exceptions. Anyone experienced this and have any tips? The BB programmers are working on it but we are frustrated as the conversion was long planned and lots of projects have been put off until it was done.

Here at the University of Alaska, we experienced problems with the Accounts Payable portion, and BB programmers had to actually run our conversion for us. Then, after the conversion the Balance Sheet was incorrect, and afte 4 months of trial and error (working on it as time permitted) I was able to figure out what the problem is. Now we are almost a year after our initial test conversion, and still have no solution as to why our test conversion is out of balance. I will be submitting a new case, but my frusturation is that the analysts seem to always be in a hurry to close the case, even though I requested that they not do so. We are also stalled!
