Using Notes in Crystal Reports

    Using Notes in Crystal Reports

    I've created a report to show the constituents who have died in the past month. Each individual is listed with their Primary addressee, id, age, deceased date, class year, degree, major and followed by the their most recent note tab entry (Obituary). Problem is that even though my records are set to "keep together" some notes still flow over to the next page. There are people listed with a short note (2-3 lines) versus others who have 20 lines. I tried exporting to word hoping that would allow me to manually adjust the flow but it that didn't work. In case it matters, I do have the notes field set to can grow. Any advice on how to fix this?     Do you have the Group "Keep Group Together" option checked or only the Section "Keep together" option checked? The latter will not work for your requirements. The former option is located here: right-click on the group level you want to keep together on the left margin->"Change Group"->Options->"Keep Group Together".
