Our organization is considering adding a facility fee. It would be preferred to do this as a per ticket fee, in addition to the regular per ticket service charge. We are finding problems with doing this with PEO because it will only allow one per ticket fee. If your organization has a fee like this, how do you handle it? Thanks! Hi Dan, We have a per-transaction fee in addition to a per-ticket fee on peo. You can attach the transaction fee globally. which would also add it to merchandise and subscriptions... You can add a transaction fee to individual events, but it will charge the fee for each distinct event the patron orders.
