    all, I am trying to use excel to set up a serious of spreadsheet that can track staffs' vacation,sick,and personal time. Does anybody know about the function like: if "7V" keyed in the cell, then, 7 will be deducted from vacation time total balance in the later cell.How to set up a functin/or name of this kind?--many tks!
