E-Req's emailing option

    E-Req's emailing option

    We purchased Financial Edge & teh e-requisitions module in 2007 but have not been able to get e-req's to work properly. From what I told, you set it up so that when a requisition is entered, an email will be sent to the approving manager, letting them know that there is something out there to be approved. This has not worked, we have spent a lot of time and money on trying to fix this. Noone seems to be able to figure it out. Has anyone out there had the same problem?

     Before I give this a shot, I'm wondering if you got it to work yet?
