We want to track submitted grants in RE and be able to report on what has not been submitted for a timeframe. What are others using to do this? Appeals, actions, or attributes? Would anyone be willing to share their process? Thanks, Kathy FamilyMeans

There is a prospect Module you can purchase that is the easiest way to handle this. My bosses did not want to spend the money so I created a way to do it through Actions ("task/other") and created a Crystal Report for it. I am not sure it's the ideal way to track it, but let me know if you want the details of how/what I did. Megan
