Crystal Reports formating problem with only 1 computer

I need someone with more knowledge to guide me through this. I created a crystal report that works great on 4 out of 5 computers.... and it just so happens it's my boss's computer that doesn't run right. The formatting changes! It's reduced to something like 2 pt. font. BUT not on any other computer. Anyone know what I should do? Thanks! Megan

There is a user option in Raiser's Edge that overrides the report design. From your boss's login, go to Tools > User Options > Reports. From there you will be able to set the Font Face, Font Size, and whether it applies to the whole report or just the details. If you want to preserve your font choices, then you can set them using the conditional formatting. This is a bit of a pain, but it does prevent RE from ruining your report design. Drew J.
