I am looking for some feedback and general information on Event Reports - how useful they are - or do most people use Crystal Reports for Events? Thanks

I use Crystal for everything. In fact, I just created the reports for our Annual Scholarship Benefit.

For our last golf tournament which I tracked in the Event module, I used Crystal Reports to generate all reports for the event. I think the canned Event reports included too much detail that was unnecessary for our purposes. I had to use Crystal Reports to tailor the reports so they contained just the info we needed. Too much unnecessary detail in the report from canned reports provided by RE made it hard to find the important data that our managers/directors want to focus on. Kimberly Yang New Directions, Inc. I didn't know there was a special "Support Forum Documents" section. The Crystal Reports sharing section asks me to submit extra files which I don't have time to (nor want to) provide. I'll send them to sim@blackbaud and see what happens. :)
