Does anyone using SB7 do advance billing? If so, how do you reconcile your G/L with the A/R balance report at year end without showing the advance billing items on the A/R balance? We can post to the new year, so the G/L is correct, but the A/R balance report at year end shows the advance items balances of students. Blackbaud has me using queries, to eliminate the incoming year's charges & credits, but it leaves off any students with balances from prior years. Our auditors want to see a breakdown of students on the A/R balance report that matches the G/L.
