    We are in the process of having our 2003 calendar year audit performed and our auditor has asked about a Fraud Plan. It seems with audits performed after Dec 15, 2002, the organization has to have a Fraud Plan per Statement on Auditing Standards Number 99. Does anyone have such a document that they would be willing to share? Thanks in advance! Margie Solochier United Way of Westmoreland County Greensburg

    Your auditor should be able to provide a standard document for you. Then you can tailor it to your organization.
