    Organizational Constituent Batch Entry

I am having trouble connecting to Knowledgebase today, so I will ask you all this...when doing a constituent batch entry of Organizations, is there a way to add more than one individual relationship per Organization? I am probably overlooking something simple, however, I am not finding the answer. Thanks, Cheryl Cheryl L. Hoot Wood County Hospital Foundation [Email Removed]

I'm looking for this same information - is there any way to add multiple contacts or relationships for an organization entered through constituent batch?

For many organization prospects, we have more than one or two contacts at the organization, and it would save so much time if we could enter all these contacts through one batch entry rather than having to add them manually after committing a batch.

Does anyone know whether this is feasible with RE?

Hi, Cheryl. This has been filed as a suggestion (BB382365) with the following alternative solution:

Add a second contact using the Individual Relationship fields:
    1. In the batch, select Tools, Edit Batch Setup.
    2. On the Fields tab, select Individual Relationship.
    3. Select the appropriate data entry fields, including: Last Name, Is Contact, Contact Type
    4. Click Data Entry to return to the data entry screen.
    5. When entering the second contact, select Yes in the Is Contact field.
    6. Select the appropriate value in the Contact Type field.
    Hope this helps!
