Has anyone imported invoices into AR from an excel file? We are working on that issue and would be interested to hear about your experience.

Michelle: We import charges into a/r from an Excel file each month. We determined it would fit our situation best to use charges rather than invoices, and we print monthly statements. Our charges are based on contracts, and each contract is set up as a billing item (mostly products). When the charge is imported, it matches the billing item, and imports the quantity and rated for the particular charge. This system works very smoothly for us.
