Is anyone else having chronic problems reconciling Student Billing (7.70.xxx) to the General Ledger? Applications try to post with the wrong date and what posts to the GL doesn't match the Account Distribution Report. We are thinking about moving to a single AR account and not posting applications to the GL. I tried to get some info from Blackbaud as to how to proceed with that, ie, what happens to the existing prepayments still in the system and do I need to make a manual entry in the GL to net out my AR and Prepaid account? Of course, they were very helpful and said "We can't advise you whether to make a manual entry". Any thoughts? Thanks, Shelagh --- Edited at 8/27/2007 10:08:52 AM by Shelagh Esteb
