I'm trying to finda report that compares how many tickets (for specific show types) were sold online vs sold inhouse. Any ideas?

You can do it using the Reports Wizard and creating a new Sales Report. Under the tab 4:Format you can select to include Sales Point Group as a section and this will break down your online vs inhouse sales provided that you have them set up as two distinct sales points.
