    Has anyone else had any problems with Blackbaud support?

    Roy, We have had some issues this year at least. A combination of slow response time from Blackbaud and the need to escalate our issues up the chain to be solved.

    Yes, we've had some trouble lately. I had a case open for over 2 weeks & it was closed by the rep without resolution. I highly recommend calling your account rep. When I did that, it was taken care of promptly. Sometimes you just need to escalate it.

    Before I contact Blackbaud support, I always check knowelegebase first. The support center will look there for your answer before actually trying to resolve the issue. I ususally tell them i have already accessed knowlegebase. Pat Senft Congregation of the Mission, Midwest Province
