Hello, all. I am wondering if anyone has best practices on how long to keep information current in the EE FE system. Currently we have a policy in place to keep students in the database for 10 years after they graduate at least. (We do have RE, but have not integrated yet due to data cleanup issues in our RE database.) EE 6 had a "purge" option, but when I called support they said that most clients keep all information in EE FE 7 current. The reason that I am asking is that recently our database topped 5 gigs, which makes it an unwieldly beast for things like backups and FTPs. Thanks for any thoughts, -Kate
