comment box in CRM?

    comment box in CRM?

    ok, I'm not sure if that's what it's really called, but there is a box in the upper right hand corner when you open their CRM. Anyone know how to put a comment in that? I'd like to be able to have my staff immediately identify certain people (ie special subscibers or board members) without having them open multiple tabs. Any ideas?

    It is a box for 'remarks'. You can add, edit and priortize your note and it should appear in the box. We've customized it to add automatically if someone is an active member - b/c it is not always that easy to note from the tab - ie: the tab Membership isn't a different color, etc......hope this helps.
