    PEO Search?

We have found that Patron Edge Online only allows for event/venue searching. You cannot search the entire site. If you wanted to search the site for your Artistic Director, for example, there is no vehicle to do so. Michael Sherman Database Administrator Florida West Coast Symphony

    PEO Search?

Actually, it *is* possible. It's a customization that can be created. You can see how it was implemented on our new site: B. Joseph Burch Assistant Director of Marketing The Saint Paul Chamber Orchestra [Email Removed]

Thank you! We were told this was not possible. Now we know it is! btw...WOW you have a lot of venues. I thought six was tough. I was born in St. Paul and left after two years of college for sunny warm southern California many years ago. Michael Sherman Database Administrator Florida West Coast Symphony

    PEO Search?

With enough time and money, lots of "customizations" are technically possible ... Our site started with PEO as a base and has been "customized" almost beyond recognition :-) Paul Bair Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts Deputy Director Ticketing Systems 212-875-5304 [Email Removed]

How does that affect upgrades? We know we'll have to do a ton of customizing. And I guess part of the question is, do they aggressively push upgrades for PEO like they do for the other products?

Paul - ...that's my philosophy! "Anything" is *possible*. Vicki - I was told that PEO upgrades aren't that frequent. (*Maybe* once per year and that doesn't mean you have to do the upgrade.) So far, I think I've only had to do one. I did quite a bit of customizing to PE and PEO (albeit, not as much as LCPA). But, we're keeping copious notes so hopefully our next upgrade (next summer) will be relatively painless. *crosses fingers* Hope that helps. P.S. How do we get PEO *out* of the "PE Miscellaneous" section?!? I think more people might post here if it was easier to find. ________________________________ B.
