Does anyone have a report that they use to print vendor labels? Thanks!

In mid-June, we go in and do a Global Record Change to change any vendors that have not had activity within a year, to an Inactive Status. We then create a query of Active Vendors. In the Mail module, we click on Labels. On the General Tab, setup your label specs. On the Fields to Include Tab, we select Vendor Name, Alias, Blank Row, and User Defined Message (which we use Fiscal Year 2007-2008). On the Filters Tab, we then use Selected Vendors, using the Active Vendors Query we created earlier (this keeps from printing labels for vendors who have not been used within a year). We then click on Print. We use Avery 5160 labels and this works great. Good Luck!
