    Scheduling Year Long Courses

Our core courses are year long, and we want students to take them in the same period with the same teacher in each of the semesters. But (this year) we divided them into 2 semester courses. The program does not recognize the parameters above. How do others of you mark your courses for scheduling? and how does that work for you?

    Scheduling Year Long Courses

Jan, I'm not exactly sure what your question is but if you mean how to get the two single semester courses to fall in the same period with the same teacher over the two semesters, you can always do this manually (always a lot of fun) or create a scheduling rule that stipulates same time, same classroom, same teacher. The folks down in South Carolina can help you out with this if you cannot figure out how to do it.
