    (Please excuse the cross posting) We are a K-12 school with a Summer Program. I would like to hear how other schools handle the enrollment process when a new student is enrolling in the summer program and will be starting new in September. I can't change the status right now because of the admissions process, but want enroll them in classes for the summer program now.     In Configuration, Business Rules, you can check off all the types of statuses you will allow for scheduling. We allow Applicants and current students or you can create a new status name.

    Another question about Summer Program

    I am having a problem with the student progression. When I tried to add summer program, I got a message that there can only be one school per academic year.
