Hi, I am new to the non-profit industry (apx 8 mths) and wanted to know how long everyone retains their In-Kind Donation Records, Regular Gift Records and Food/Dinner records (if you have them). I want to be sure to put a destruction date on all records being filed away, but I'm not quite sure if I should save them for 7 or 10 years. Does anyone have any expertise in this area?
