Norm, At top of Downloads page under support. You can sign up - basically adding the options to your BB login profile subscriptions. John

I tried to sign up for the update notification by going to my profile | subscriptions (as their article said), but could not even find the option to subscribe to anything other than the newsletters. I have since contacted Blackbaud and they tell me that the issue has been resolved. Sure enough, the option is there now though I have not had an opportunity to see if it works or not. // Tim Morrill

Software update notifications are available for every product listed on the Downloads page. You can subscribe to software update notifications by clicking Subscriptions on the left navigation bar on your profile and marking the checkbox beside the notifications your wish to receive. You'll receive an email notification around 11:00 am ET the business day following a patch or release.
