    Does anyone know of a good salary guide for NPO employees? Specifically, I would like to know what other charities are paying special events personnel and the PR person that promotes the events and works with the event staff.     Abbott and Langer do national and regional nonprofit compensation surveys--you can contact them at www.abbott-langer.com.
