I am wondering how people archive acknowledgments. At my foundation we only keep a hard copy of an acknowledgement for over $250.00 and only an electronic copy of letters for smaller donations, but there is talk of starting a Chron. file for all acknowledgement letters – regardless of amount. I am curious about how other organizations handle their archives?
