Hello.This is my first year doing year-end totals. I have queries set up for categories of donor (i.e. 2006 Gifts up to $500.00, 2006 Gifts Between $500.01 and $999.99) and I don't know how to do totals in a simple way for individual donors who gave more than once during the year. If someone gave (3) $500 gifts, they end up in the first category, even though they gave a total of $1,500 and should end up in a higher category. Thanks for any assistance. Susan

Hey Susan, YOu need to go to the "gifts summary" in query and select total gift amount within the date range you are looking for. It's taken me sometime to figure that on out myself.
