We are planning to standardize and centralize the producing of mid-quarter progress reports. This will be done by creating interim marking columns which teachers will enter grades in when logged on to Faculty Access for the Web. Does anyone have experience in this area?

Wow! This is actually something that I know something about - which is a rarity when it comes to BB. We have four marking periods, each with a Progress report mid-way. Our progress reports have 4 columns - Assignments, Participation, Tests & Quizzes, and Status. If you already are using FAWeb for grades, and you have been using the posting function to move the FAWeb grades into BB, your progress reports will work exactly the same way. Thanks, am so glad to know that someone has done it already. Actually I know how it should be set up. I added this topic at the request of our upper school associate principal. After listening to my proposed setup, she said she would like to speak with someone from a school that is using interim marking columns for progress reports.
