    TIE users

I'm wondering how many people in your organization are active users of TIE. Currently, I'm the only one who's used it, and I'm not sure how much to show people. I think it's important for someone else to know how to use it, but a lot of people here are very new to pivot tables, and find the interface confusing. If you do have users pulling reports, have you put together any kind of guide? I printed the 300-page user guide from BB, but I KNOW people don't want (or need) to read that.

    TIE users

Hi Tina We have 4-5 people who would use TIE every day but the end users of the reports don't go in TIE directly. We publish report templates which the users can see via Internet Explorer and MS Office. These reports are updated with new data automatically every time there is a refresh. We do meet with the users quite a lot to explain what the reports mean and make sure that they drive which reports are available. It may be worth trying to publish out your reports so that they can use them without going near TIE. Steve -- Stephen Newberry e: [Email Removed]
