We will get AddressFinder, PhoneFinder, Email Finder and DeceasedFinder later this month. We are also getting AddressAccelerator. I can let you know how that goes. Cat Lee IT Specialist ALS Association - DC/MD/VA Chapter [Email Removed] 301-978-9855 x207

That would be great, it almost sounds to good to be true. I couldn't find anything online about the costs, are they listed on this site or would you mind sharing that info? I put a call into Blackbaud sales but I am waiting for a return phone call. Kingswood-Oxford School Database Management Gifts & Reporting (860) 233-9631 x 2351

We've had addressfinder for several years, and it works wonderfully. I think the price is dependant on the size of your database. It had been invaluable for us. I had a month-long trial of addressaccelerator and, while nifty, the cost wasn't justified for us. If we had multiple people performing data entry, it would be more attractive for our org.

    AddressFinder

AddressFinder is extremely beneficial. We chose the option to update all the addresses to USPS standards. That standardized all of our addresses (we have around 40,000 records) and allowed us to find about 1,000 duplicates!!! We now stress recording all addresses in the USPS standard format to keep the database clean.

We have a 2x a year AddressFinder subscription and I swear by it. Our first run as a 9% match which they said was huge. Since then it has gotten much smaller but that is not a bad thing - it means you are keeping your data up to date and reaching your constituents. If you go too long without checking this then you skyrocket back up to 9% and you realize you have ben missing people. I also have AddressAccelerator and it is justified for us even if we just use it to CASS certify the addresses to get better matches on AddressFinder but it also inputs county info an we can then report by county more accurately. *** I can spell, I just can't type. Where is spell check? Melissa S. Graves Manager, Development Database & Direct Mail Planned Parenthood of Connecticut [Email Removed] 203-752-2804
