We recently installed F/E and A/P modules..coming from an old system called FASS. Our consultant spent 2 days on the implementation and walked away giving us nothing to work with. Our old system did not balance by fund. The control account for all of our B/S accts have the "000" designation. Our consultant was unable to upload our beg bal's because she claimed Blackbaud needs each fund's B/S amounts. After spending $$$$'s we are at wit's end.
